ORDER

How to place an order?

All prices listed are in Singapore dollars (SGD). To order, simply add the items you like to purchase to cart, and proceed to making payment through Credit Card, Paypal, PayLah or PayNow. All orders will be processed within 1 working day after payment is made.

*Do note that Saturday and Sunday is not a working day, we will process your order on the next following work day if you have placed your order over the weekend*

Alternatively, you can also placed your order through email (sales@rainbowcolours.com.sg) with your order details and contact number. We will get in touch within 1 working day. Thereafter, you can make payment via bank transfer.

*For bank transfer: We only accept payment to our DBS Current account: 018-904321-6. Please make payment within 24 hours and email us your name / IB nick, order number, transaction reference number, payment amount and date of payment. We reserved the rights to release your ordered items if we do not receive your payment within 24 hours after you've ordered.*

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery shall be within Singapore only (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) 

Timing: 9am to 5pm

Delivery fee will be waived for each order totaling more than S$50.

OTHERWISE AN ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE OF $10.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ORDER BELOW $50.00.

Can I self collect?

Yes you may self collect, but must be appointment made.

Can i buy in bulk?

If you are considering in buying some of the items in bulk, do contact us personally (sales@rainbowcolours.com.sg) as we will be able to offer you a better price than the published rate.

If I have made an order online, how do I know if you have received my order?

When you check out, you should see an Order Confirmation page. We will also follow up with a Shipping Confirmation email once your items are sent along your way.

Can I order something that is currently out of stock?

Yes, just send us an email stating the item that you are keen to purchase, We will contact our suppliers overseas to secure new stock but time must be given to process your order and to ship it over. Once the new shipment arrives, your item will be delivered to you. The waiting time could varies between 10 days - 1 month. Please be patient with Back orders request.

In addition, if for some unforeseen circumstances that your confirmed back order turns out to be discontinued, we offer you options for exchange or top-up to an alternative item, or a refund within 14 working days.

I am buying a gift. Can you ship directly to the recipient of the gift?

Of course we can! If the shipping address is other than your own (billing address), please indicate so by filling up the Shipping Address section.

How much would the shipping cost be?

Do note that shipping rates varies and it is calculated by weight and size. We do ship internationally from Singapore through Singpost. You would be able to check the shipping costs after entering all your details at the checkout page.

Do you ship worldwide?

Sorry, as we are new so currently we only ship to a few countries. If your country is not listed here, you can contact us at sales@rainbowcolours.com.sg, we might be able to make an exception!

How to opt for the registered mail?

Simply add the "registered mail" to your shopping cart and pay together with your items when checkout.

How long would the shipping be?

For local Singapore delivery, it will usually takes around 1 to 2 working days to reach you. However, delivery time will take slightly longer if it is interrupted by Singapore public holidays, the occasional RAINBOW COLOURS flea events, and stocktaking. And during the Christmas peak season, orders can take an additional week to reach a Singapore address, and more for International addresses, due to bulk of orders and the sheer inundation at the Post Office. 

For international shipping, it takes between 7 to 14 working days, depending on country of destination.
Delivery time varies from country to country and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays that might occur. If you want alternative shipping options, please contact us.

Is Meet-up possible? 

In our effort to help bring you some savings on the delivery cost, we do arrange for meet-ups but will only be restricted to 5000 ANG MO KIO AVE 5, and the date and time of collection will be subjected to our availability. We appreciate your kind understanding on this.

What if items are lost/damaged during shipping?

We do pack your purchases with care and lots of bubblewrap and tape to secure the package, but sometimes your items can be damaged during transit/shipping. We regret that this is out of our control, and that we cannot be responsible for damages incurred during shipping. There will be no refund for damages incurred during transit/shipping.

We highly encourage you to register your mail for added peace of mind as RAINBOW COLOURS will not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during the shipping process.

RETURNS

Wrong items?

we would like to apologize sincerely if we ever mail you the wrong items, do contact us immediately and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

What if i do not like the item i have purchased upon receiving the item?

Do notify us immediately (sales@rainbowcolours.com.sg) if you do not like the item you have purchased upon receiving it, our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

  • Exchange Policy (if applicable)
          Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • Sale items (if applicable)
          Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

CUSTOM FEES & TAXES

All customs fees, taxes and/or duties whatsoever incurred in relation to the importation of goods from RAINBOW COLOURS to the buyer is at the expense of the buyer.

We take all complaints seriously. If you have a complaint, please contact us by email at sales@rainbowcolours.com.sg. We provide follow up to your complaint immediately.
